The history of La Belle Province restaurants began in 1967 in the heart of downtown Montreal. Nick Glezos and his manager Peter Kivetos, a native of Greece, opened the doors in the metropolis on Ste-Catherine Boulevard. Unfortunately the following year, a major fire razed the restaurant and the building.
The restaurant was therefore moved and rebuilt by Peter Kivetos on Sherbrooke Street in 1969. He founded a unique fast-food operating system.
It was therefore the first La Belle Province restaurant in Quebec with the concept we know today. Having great success, a 2nd and 3rd La Belle Province restaurant opened their doors in Saint-Hubert on Taschereau Blvd. and Gouin Blvd. in Roxboro.
Today, with over 125 restaurants under the La Belle Province banner, it is up to the next generation to continue the company's growth and innovation.
A new strategy arrived in 2012. The new restaurants are taking a more modern direction while keeping the "twenty-something" details that have written history.
La Belle Province does not want to just follow market trends, it wants to dictate them.
In addition to offering delicious coffees, customers will be able to taste our new dessert menu that was specially designed for La Belle Province and will satisfy the greatest gourmands in this world.
